Michele N. Burch, LCSW

Wraparound, Intensive Case Management & Behavioral Health Consultant

Michele is a behavioral therapist and program leader with extensive experience in Wraparound, intensive case management, YES Waiver services, trauma-informed care, and youth and family behavioral health. She helps professionals turn complex service requirements into practical, family-centered care.

Her experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams, training and coaching staff, strengthening documentation and compliance systems, coordinating care for youth with intensive needs, and developing reliable workflows from referral through discharge.

Michele has partnered with schools, juvenile detention and probation professionals, behavioral health providers, caregivers, and community organizations to improve coordination and outcomes for youth facing complex emotional and behavioral challenges. She brings both direct clinical experience and hands-on program leadership to every training and consultation.
